It’s been about a week since we posted our latest video with a brief look at the upcoming Expeditions (beta) content coming to World of Warcraft: Legion. Now that we’ve had a chance to play the new content some, I wanted to share a few thoughts on it.
The idea of exploring a fantasy land is something a lot of us would like to do. There’s a lot of fantasy fiction available for us to dive into, but it can be very hard to find the way in. One thing that helps is a game that’s accessible to all players. Expeditions does this perfectly. It asks you to explore a fantasy world and complete quests to obtain items and gain experience.
The new feature was first announced in the World of Warcraft: Legion expansion, and it has since been implemented in the game’s current expansion, Battle for Azeroth . In this feature, a player’s character can travel to new locations in the game to explore new areas and trade with NPCs. These can include new quests, new items, and even new creatures.. Would you like to dive into the New World Expeditions? If so, you might enjoy the game’s latest video, which shows how these instanced dungeons (by another name) work in the upcoming MMO. The video introduces expeditions as places where players can find unique enemies to fight, puzzles to solve, and powerful items to loot. The preview focuses on one expedition, the Lazarus Toolbox, which is described as a vast underground ruin full of ancient secrets and something that touches the heart of the dungeon (because that’s where is always ). The preview also says that expeditions are the most difficult parts of the game’s content, and that players should make sure they have enough potions, infusions, cover, and ammo before setting out, and that players should adjust their roles accordingly (aka the Holy Trinity).
